How much does this cost and will my insurance cover it?

We believe cost shouldn't be a barrier to getting your life back.

Right now, our virtual clinic does not accept insurance. We are, however, working with a small number of insurers to explore coverage, please check our form to see if your insurance is one of those, and we hope to expand those options soon. In the meantime, you can use an HSA or FSA for payment, or you can simply use cash pay.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Virtual consultations: $89 /Visit with a bladder specialist from our team.
  • Bladder Boss app: Included at no additional cost with your treatment plan.

Does this actually work? What are my chances of improvement?

Our evidence-based approach combines proven pelvic floor exercises, behavioral modifications, and our Bladder Boss app. This isn't guesswork—it's clinical science adapted for your life, made by international experts in the field.

What "improvement" actually means:

  • Fewer accidents during coughing, sneezing, or exercise
  • Longer periods between bathroom visits
  • Sleeping through the night without interruption
  • Confidence to exercise, travel, and socialize again

Important: Results vary based on your specific type of incontinence, severity, and commitment to the program. During your first visit, we'll assess your individual situation and give you a personalized improvement timeline.

Is this private and confidential? Who will know about my condition?

Absolutely private. Your privacy is protected by law and our commitment to discretion.

Legal protection:

  • Full HIPAA compliance—same privacy standards as your regular doctor
  • Encrypted video calls and messaging
  • Secure medical record storage
  • No information shared without your written consent

Family privacy concerns?

  • You control who knows about your treatment
  • Consultations can be scheduled during private hours
  • No need to explain doctor visits or medical appointments

Your information will never be:

  • Sold to third parties
  • Used for marketing without permission

We understand that urinary incontinence feels embarrassing, but remember: you're not alone. 1 in 3 women experience this, and seeking help shows strength, not weakness.

How much time will this take? Will it disrupt my life?

Designed for busy women. Most patients spend less time on treatment than they currently spend dealing with symptoms.

Time commitment breakdown:

  • Initial consultation: 30-45 minutes (comprehensive assessment)
  • Follow-up visits: 20-30 minutes on your timelines
  • Daily app use: less than 10 minutes for tracking and exercises

Real-life integration:

  • Appointments: Scheduled around YOUR availability, including evenings and weekends

Flexible scheduling:

  • Evening (6-9 PM) and Weekend appointments available
  • Take virtual visits from office, car, or home
  • No travel time or waiting rooms

Compare this to your current time spent:

  • Frequent bathroom breaks
  • Changing clothes/underwear
  • Shopping for supplies
  • Avoiding activities you love
  • Worrying and mental energy

Remember: This investment in yourself benefits everyone in your family. When you feel confident and comfortable, it shows in every aspect of your life.

How does virtual care actually work? Do I need to be tech-savvy?

If you can make a video call or use a smartphone, you can do this. We make it simple.

What you need:

  • Smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Private space for 30-minute video calls
  • That's it—no special equipment or downloads initially

Your first visit walkthrough:

  1. Schedule online
  2. Receive email with simple video call link and forms to complete
  3. Click link at appointment time (works like FaceTime or Zoom)
  4. Meet your nurse practitioner via secure video

Tech support included:

  • Phone backup if video doesn't work
  • Step-by-step email instructions

Is Dry Days covered by insurance?

Dry Days operates on a transparent cash-pay model: $89 for your new patients first visit.

Good news: Most insurance plans reimburse for telehealth visits with specialists. After each appointment, we provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Many patients get 50-100% reimbursed based on their out-of-network benefits.

Not sure about your coverage? Call your insurance and ask: "Do I have out-of-network telehealth benefits for urogynecology visits?"

I have not been diagnosed with incontinence. Can I still sign up for Dry Days?

Yes! You don't need a prior diagnosis to use Dry Days. Many women experience bladder leaks without ever getting a formal diagnosis.

If you're experiencing symptoms like frequent urges, leaking when you cough or laugh, or waking up multiple times at night to use the bathroom, our specialists can evaluate and diagnose you during your first visit.

Take our 2-minute assessment to see if Dry Days can help.
